This collection combines bellydancer's essentials!
Across two different courses, you will train isolations, layering ( i.e. combining various movements), strength and flexibility. Each course brings a different focus, and together they create a solid base for your dance.
All June courses are open level, and different variations are offered to suit your experience. Beginners are very welcome.
