Summer is the perfect time to explore layers (i.e. combining movements)! Train drills and combos with shimmies, isolations, accents, and layered movement in a fun and focused way.
 
You can expect aha moments, coordination challenges, and playful “brain teasers” that make the technique suddenly click.
 
All June courses are open level, and different variations are offered to suit your experience. Beginners are very welcome.
