1. The Purchase Decision and Registration are Binding
Registration is personal and cannot be canceled or transferred to another time. The course or ticket will only be refunded if the course or event is canceled or the date is changed by the organizer. We reserve the right to make changes, which may include adjustments to schedules, instructors, course locations, or other course arrangements.

2. Course Fees and Invoicing
Course fees include value-added tax (10%). The course will be invoiced by email to the participant. The payment must be made by the due date indicated on the invoice. If payment is not made on time, the organizer reserves the right to charge late fees and, if necessary, transfer the invoice to debt collection.

3. Insurance and Liability
Participants are not insured by the organizer. We recommend obtaining personal insurance to cover accidents. The organizer is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the course, and participants attend at their own risk.

4. Force Majeure
The organizer is not responsible for the cancellation, postponement, or other changes to the event due to a force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, fires, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the organizer will strive to arrange a replacement course or refund payments on a case-by-case basis.
