Your Teacher
I’m Fanny Delesham, a full-time dancer and teacher. My fusion bellydance journey began in 2004, and I’ve studied with several teachers along the way.
With a Master’s degree from the University of Helsinki, I bring a blend of artistry and structured learning to my classes. Here, you can explore movement, build confidence, and discover your own unique dance expression.

Beginners/Improvers (Monday 17:30–18:45)
In this course, you’ll explore the fundamental movements of fusion bellydance, including shimmies, accents, and serpentine flows. More experienced dancers will be offered additional challenges through layering techniques. Those interested can also practice a choreography to deepen their learning.
Note: Also Basics/Open Course suits for beginners.

Intermediate/Advanced (Wednesday 17:30–19:00)
In these classes, you’ll develop advanced fusion bellydance techniques, layered movements, and challenging combinations that enhance balance and flexibility. Props such as finger cymbals and trays are optional for those interested. At the end of the course, there is an opportunity to practice choreography and perform in a video.

Performing Group Intermediate/Advanced (Monday 18:45–20:15)
This course focuses on developing fusion bellydance technique, choreography, and performance skills. The course is not for professional-level dancers but aims to enhance expression and confidence in dance. Commitment to regular practices and a reasonable investment in costume are required for performances.

Basics/Open Level (Wednesday 19:00–20:15)
Explore the foundations of Fusion Bellydance – from shimmies and sharp accents to fluid, serpentine movements. Perfect for absolute beginners, while more experienced dancers can deepen their practice with layered technique variations.

What to Wear & Bring

Comfortable clothes you can move in – fitted styles like leggings and a top are best so I can see your movements clearly

Bare feet (most common for bellydance) or lightweight foot slippers/pads if you prefer

Make-Up Policy
If you can’t attend your weekly class, you can make up the missed weekly classes in another group during the same season.If needed, missed sessions can also be made up in the next season, as long as you are enrolled in a course.
